The owners, Chris & Dave, hold mental and physical health above all else and are ever passionate about creating a space for people to relax and unwind. We understand that in today's busy world, it's hard to connect with the simplest things in life, and we aim to bring that back through sauna therapy. Our goal is to provide a unique wellness sauna experience that helps people slow down, recharge, and reconnect.
Look out for events on our website and social media platforms, where we will offer walk-in service at great locations throughout the North East. These events will be a fantastic opportunity to enjoy our mobile sauna hire service and experience the benefits of a traditional woodfire sauna hire session in unique outdoor settings.
